It all started with a coin...
Sketches to the Final Design for the Challenge Coin.
The idea behind the coin was to capture two unique icons to "Being A Viking." The ship and the helmet were two iconic objects that relate to not only the Norse theme, but to capture the importance of the individual and group perspective.
A companion thank you card was created to be handed out to those in the Commercial and Infrastructure (C&IF) group so they can feel like a Viking when in possession of the challenge coin.
Coasters were created and given away during the different group team meetings held in Florida. The coaster has a small pivot in the design having a background added, adding an directional orientation and adding three helmets to the sail to symbolize the three groups who are all part of the journey.
A hockey puck was also developed and given away to those in leadership to capture the new goals, our categories, and the new journey ahead.
The description of the coin was also added as a decal in the North Aurora facility's training room. More about that project can be found here.
There was one saying that our president keep phrasing when he discussed about the Commercial and Infrastructure group...
BE A VIKING
